WEEK 1 COMPLETE (2026-04-18): D7 rigorously verified (Prop J.D7, see m1 §47.1-§47.2); naive Idea #1 REFUTED (Theorem 47.4: φ = V + αW with W Selberg-antisymmetric fails (P5) — |S_φ|² = |S_V|² + α²|S_W|² > |S_V|² by orthogonality of real and imaginary prime-sum contributions). Idea #1-prime (general complex-Fourier φ) is the right residual open problem, at SDP scale.
